.   This came from an estate sale with a ton of Ferris Ship drawings (most of which I sold 4-5 years ago) and most of the Ferris ship drawings were dated 1918.    There were also drawings for steam boats and Dredges in the estate.  Those drawings were dated in the early 1900’s.    This item is an estate item and it is being sold in the condition shown in the pictures.
Please note that the drawing is folded.
If you are concerned about the folds, I and a number of the buyers of those original listings, have had no trouble getting these drawing to flatten out.
